This the Ramakrishna Mission Shella, which is about 81KM from the state capital Shillong, this Mission was founded in the year 1924 by Rev Swami Prabhananda (Ketaki) Maharaj, who was the cousin Brother of Rev Swami Gahanandaji Maharaj at His pre-monastic life. I visited there in the year 2004, during the time of Sri Sri Kali Puja, I got the honour to perform the Puja as a priest that year,the then Secretary Maharaj was the Tantradharak for the puja. I went there along with my parents, brother, wife and my little daughter who was less than a year old.
